Free Standard HONG KONG Delivery on Orders over HK$450

(HK$35 Delivery fee will be charged for order below HK$450)

There is no paper bag provided to all the orders in eshop of Crabtree & Evelyn.

Your goods should arrive within 7 - 10 working days (exclude Saturday and Sunday), however, please allow up to 14 working days in case of any delays. If you have an account with us you’ll be able to see when your parcel is on its way by going into Previous Orders under the My Account section.

Delivery Time: Monday to Friday between 9.00am - 6.00pm

A signature might be required on delivery so please provide an address where someone can sign for your goods. 

Hong Kong Delivery Restriction:

PO Box address is not accepted.

Islands District is temporarily unsupported.

Exclusions: Crabtree & Evelyn will not deliver goods ordered, through this website, to an address known to be that of a Freight Forwarding Company. Should you be interested in ordering items for trade purposes please contact us to discuss setting up a trade account.

The International Destinations

We are unable to ship internationally. However, we do have transactional websites in the United StatesUnited KingdomAustralia, and Germany.


At Crabtree & Evelyn, our aim is to make your shopping experience as enjoyable and as straight forward as possible. An exchange will be offered provided the goods are faulty and/or damaged or if we have delivered incorrect goods. All exchange as to be requested through our Customer Service Department by email or call us at +852 2264 4848 within 30 days of delivery date.

Returning Goods by post

  • Obtain a Returns Number from us by either calling +852 2264 4848 or via email.Our lines are open Monday to Friday 9.00am – 6.00pm.
  • Goods returned without a Returns Number will not be accepted into our warehouse so please ensure you contact us first to initiate the returns procedure
  • We recommend that returns are made via recorded delivery and/or that proof of postage is obtained in the event that we do not receive the goods being returned
  • When returning any goods by post or parcel service please pack securely to ensure goods arrive in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange for damages caused by insufficient packaging
  • Ensure you enclose your proof of purchase
  • Postage or courier charges are non- refundable except in the case of faulty and or damaged goods or where we have delivered incorrect goods
  • We recommend you use a carrier that offers both traceability and insurance. You should obtain a receipt for the parcel you are sending.
  • Returning goods to Crabtree & Evelyn stores will not be accepted.

Cancellation of Orders

Please note that we are unable to cancel orders once payment has been made.
