Do you offer electronic gift cards?
Our electronic gift cards are a smart way to drive customer loyalty and improve employee performance. Crabtree & Evelyn electronic gift cards are available in-store and online.

What discounts do you offer?
We offer volume discounts based off our regular retail priced product and electronic gift cards:

$0 -$499 10%
$500 - $1999 15%
$2,000 - $4,999 20%
$5,000 + 25%

Do you gift wrap?
Gift wrap
We offer a gift wrap service ($3.00 per item). Not available for all items. Please call 1 800 Crabtree (272 2873) Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm EST and our Customer Service Consultants will be happy to help.

Do you offer custom labeling?
There is no minimum if you would like us to affix your own label to an item. We charge $0.10 per item.
If you would like Crabtree & Evelyn to produce a label for you, there is a one time set-up fee plus an additional per item fee:
Up to $499 $0.30
$500 - $4,999 $0.25
$5,000 $0.20

Re-shipping
If your gifts need to be re-packed in a re-shipper, there is a $1.00 charge per item. Otherwise, we ship in bulk to one distribution location.

Drop ship
We want to make this as easy as possible for you. There is no minimum if you need a drop ship option.
There is a simple handling fee of $4.50 plus actual freight per address.

Do you ship outside the USA?
